About The Crew
The team behind Easy Tiger isn’t new to the Asheville food scene. Brothers Kyle and Carter James, along with Executive Chef Gordon Gibbs, the trio behind the much-loved Flour Café, have partnered with hospitality ace and craft cocktail expert Ashley Williams to create a neighborhood spot where the menu hits hard and the atmosphere hits harder.
